gateways such as Phoenix, Tucson, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, El Paso and Tijuana offer air service to Los Mochis, Tepic Puerto
Vallarta and Mazatlan in order to begin your trip. |

 If you are traveling by private
airplane: |
| Our paved landing
strip at Lake Baccarac is is 5,200 feet long & 110 feet wide and will
accommodate Lear Jets and Citations. Strip is 3 or 4 minutes drive from the lodge. |
|
| When you stop to
clear customs, you must fill a flight plan from the port of entry to Bacubirito,
Sinaloa, Mexico. |
|
| Call ahead for
instructions and circle the field before landing. Los Mochis —30 minutes
away— is a good alternate. GPS coordinates of the field will be provided with
your reservation confirmation. |
|
 If you are flying to Lake
Aguamilpa: |
| The lake is located
on the Santiago River, in the Mexican state of Nayarit,
approximately 112 miles west of Guadalajara and 105 north of Puerto Vallarta. |
|
| The closest
International Airports are Guadalajara or Puerto Vallarta. The closest airport to
the lodge with commercial airline service, is Tepic, Nayarit. |
|
| Ground transportation is available
to the lodge from either International Airports and from Tepic Airport. |
|
| If you are flying to Lake
El Salto: |
| Mazatlan
with it's fantastic beaches, is your gateway city for El Salto and is serviced by airlines
from all over the USA. |
|
| Lake
El Salto, is located 50 miles —an
hour drive—
north of the seaside resort of Mazatlan, in the Mexican state of Sinaloa.
We
will arrange your transportation from Mazatlan to the lodge and lake. |
